ChallengeThe McDonald County School District had recently completed Phase I of their facility improvement plan with CTS and looked to CTS again to continue the process with Phase II. The energy savings obtained with the Performance Contract scenario allowed the district to move forward with improvement to additional campuses. Project OverviewCTS continued the retrofit of the outdated and wasteful systems which result in substantial energy and operational savings that are used to fund the improvements. The project included retrofits at four buildings within the district.
Project Results“We had worked very successfully with The CTS Team on Phase I of our improvement project and knew that they were the right choice to continue with our improvements. The energy savings and performance contract approach to our needs again allowed us to continue to improve our learning environments and meet our growing enrollment while saving cost.
